Learn how to delete your Studyko account and what happens to your data.
When you delete your account, all your data will be permanently deleted and this action cannot be undone. Please think carefully before proceeding.
Open the Studyko app and tap on your profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.
Tap the settings (gear) icon in the top right corner of your profile page.
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account" button at the bottom of the settings page.
Read the warning message and confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.
Profile information, study history, social interactions, and achievements are deleted immediately when the account deletion is completed.
Data in backup systems may be retained for up to 30 days for security purposes, then permanently deleted.
Payment records and invoice information are retained for 5 years as required by tax regulations. This is a legal obligation.
