• Users aged 13-17 must have parental or guardian consent to use the App
• Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring their child's use of the App
• Parents can request account deletion by contacting studyko.app@gmail.com

2.3 Restrictions

You may NOT use Studyko if you:

• ✗Are under 13 years of age
• ✗Have been previously banned from the App
• ✗Are prohibited by law from using such services

3.1 Account Creation

• You must create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In
• You must provide accurate information, including your date of birth
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not share your account with others

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Keeping your login credentials secure
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.3 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in prohibited conduct
• Provide false information
• Abuse the App or other users

4.1 You Agree To:

• ✓Use the App for its intended purpose (studying and productivity)
• ✓Respect other users
• ✓Follow community guidelines
• ✓Report inappropriate behavior

4.2 You Agree NOT To:

• ✗Harass, bully, or threaten other users

• ✗Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the App
• ✗Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
• ✗Circumvent age restrictions
• ✗Share content that violates intellectual property rights

5.1 Study Room Rules

• Rooms are for studying and productivity purposes
• Room creators are responsible for moderating their rooms
• Public rooms must follow community guidelines
• We reserve the right to delete rooms that violate Terms

• Users can report inappropriate content or behavior
• We investigate all reports and take appropriate action

6.1 Premium Features

Premium subscribers receive:

• ★Higher message rate limits
• ★Premium avatars

6.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Prices vary by region and are displayed before purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

6.3 Cancellation

• Cancel anytime through your app store
• Access continues until the end of the billing period
• No refunds for partial periods (handled by Apple/Google)

7.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you create (messages, room names, etc.)
• By posting content, you grant us a license to display and distribute it within the App
• You are responsible for your content and must ensure it complies with these Terms

7.2 Content Removal

We may remove content that:

• Violates these Terms
• Is reported by users
• Is illegal or harmful
• Infringes on others' rights

8.1 Our Property

• Studyko, including its design, features, and branding, is our property
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission
• All trademarks, logos, and service marks are our property

8.2 Feedback

• Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without compensation
• You grant us the right to use such feedback to improve the App

9.1 Services We Use

The App integrates with third-party services including:

• Firebase (Google) for backend services
• Google AdMob for advertisements
• Apple/Google for payment processing

9.2 Third-Party Terms

• Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies
• We are not responsible for third-party services

10.2 No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will meet your requirements
• The App will be available at all times
• Results from using the App will be accurate
• Defects will be corrected

10.3 Study Results

• Studyko is a productivity tool, not a guarantee of academic success
• Your study results depend on your effort and methods
• We are not responsible for your academic performance

11.2 Maximum Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Premium subscription in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

12.1 By You

• You may stop using the App at any time
• You may delete your account through Settings or by contacting us

12.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account:

• For violation of these Terms
• For illegal or harmful behavior
• At our discretion with or without notice

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App ends
• Your data will be deleted (as described in our Privacy Policy)
• Premium subscriptions must be canceled separately

13.1 Modifications

• We may modify these Terms at any time
• Changes will be posted in the App and/or on our website
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

13.2 Notification

For material changes, we will:

• Provide in-app notification
• Update the "Last Updated" date
• Give reasonable notice before changes take effect
